Despite its central location, just a short walk from the Two Towers and the city’s main attractions, Bolove51 is surprisingly quiet. Nestled in an elegant inner courtyard, our loft is a peaceful haven, away from the city noise — the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or work.
The loft is set in a space steeped in history: in the 16th century, it served as the stables for the noble palace, a reflection of the elegance and aristocratic lifestyle of the time. By the late 1900s, it had taken on a new role as the archive of the city’s Superintendency, safeguarding Bologna’s artistic and historical heritage.
In 2024, this charming space was fully renovated with care and respect for its history, transforming it into a modern and comfortable B&B — ideal for anyone wishing to experience Bologna like a local.

The entire property is covered by high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for business travelers or anyone who wants to stay connected.
Also on the ground floor, you'll find a cozy and tastefully furnished double bedroom, along with a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and all essential comforts.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, you’ll discover a bright, multifunctional space: an ideal spot for dining or working, perfect for a break with a view of the living area below. There’s also a small, cozy breakfast nook designed to help you start your day in peace.
